Didn't help.I still can't open the Explorer search function. more information in my other threads. Read about it here and here(relevant to you). The SEARCH shown on my panel 2 IS working perfect. I tried removing it, then re-adding it, still no luck.?????
Both do nothing when clicked (at all, not even an hour glass or anything). but nothing regarding searching. So I guess I should just be happy that it is now working again and proceed to the next problem. The Search in Panel 2 (my post) works fine.

I downloaded it, run it and after a promising start by the wizard, it said "This program cannot be installed on this computer". I've ignored it at first as I thought It's harmless, however after making some research I notice it's a serious problem and after failing... Scroll down to Change Indexing Service Settings (Advanced) and click on it (you don't have to turn on indexing).
