it's a blank window, no text & no icons. In some cases it may default to Windows Classic search (which may work fine) even though the Search Companion is enabled.Tip: To switch to Classic Search in Explorer, read this article there's also a /1/ and a /2/ and the value for the /1/ is different and also has 2 colons in front of it. Harry L. This reinstalls the files that Search Companion uses. I don't even have "Open in new window" selected in Folder Options. check over here However I was also surprised by the other possible source of a problem: jscript.dll.
