I can only assume that it somehow got corrupted. Kb234487 Many thanks Why don't Microsoft suggest this as the solution or one to check out? If you use a default stationery, it will not be used. MS says that if you've set a custom FORM to be used for your email instead of the default form, the "Send To Mail Recipient" command will no longer function.
