I'd normally see 8GB taken up by exchange. I have the exact issue (links on RWA are dead) except that simply restarting RDG does not do it. Looking for this fix everywhere, I thought it was an issue with IIS. Wasted a lot of time thinking it was a server issue, but of course it wasn't.
