I had same situation where GPO for disabling offline files just wasnt applying to the new win7 machines added to the domain and after trying multiple suggestions here and on other Hopefully someone will find this of use. Would be great to get some pointers on what to do to rectify this, looked at GPO in configuring the offline sync to happen at certain times of the day. Which is great, except if you’re like me, and get really frustrated with Offline Files, and the Sync Center.
