TurtleDog3 years ago Author You are so welcome Timbo! I've changed margins, cleared and reset print areas, tried printing few columns, everything I can think of. Because this repeats specified rows and columns on every printed page, Excel prints the rows and columns specified even though they may be blank and excluded from your print area. Use Page Break Preview to see where page breaks appear on your spreadsheet and to modify them, if necessary.
Step 4 The screen will change, and your spreadsheet page will appear smaller. I did a video on this below also just in case you're having a bit of trouble.
