Click on preferences and then in Generel "information about controller" you click on preferences aswell (my version is on Danish, so I'm not sure this is exactly what they are called So, why can't I get sound on the same TV when I try to watch a video from the laptop? If you only have DVI out on your computer then use an adaptor to make the analog in on the back of the TV to work. It is a hassle still but it works for me now. check these guys out
